Add a touch of handmade charm to your kitchen with this beautiful “scrappy” casserole hot pad.

Use this quilted oversized 14 x 19inches hot pad to protect and decorate your countertops or tabletop from hot dishes. It is perfect for a 9x13-inch casserole dish, cookie sheets, or smaller baking dishes.

I used high-quality quilting cotton fabrics from my stash. The whimsical fabric prints feature traditional Christmas colors of red, green, white, and black, with an adorable cardinal scene in the center. The inside is made with two layers of Warm & Natural cotton batting. The reverse features the beautiful black holiday print shown in the corners on the front.
