Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a full refund the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at quiltedgiftsbykarla@gmail.com, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our error.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned unless its an error on our part. If your item was damaged in transit please contact us at quiltedgiftsbykarla@gmail.com to discuss next steps.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund too.
